Infant and Child CPR and First Aid course | Gallo Manor | 28 February

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course is focused on babies and children and prepares a parent / care giver to deal with an emergency situation.

The course will teach a parent / care giver how to perform CPR and relieve choking, as well as how to use an automatic external defibrillator (AED).

The course also covers baby medications, SIDS, temperatures & febrile convulsions, dehydration, emergency access, allergic reactions, burns & first aid etc. It will prepare parents to deal with these situations and how to save lives.

Home safety is a very important section covered in this course

CERTIFICATION:

The course is certified and endorsed by the Resuscitation Council of South Africa and the American Heart Association.
Discovery members will earn 1000 Discovery miles.
Valid for 2 years.
